Well now folks... finally cleared up a bit of my stuff and set up my rig, as shown in the following photos.

Observant readers would notice that I am using one full-sized keyboard and mouse to control both PCs.
*Gasp*... how is this possible?

This is the answer.

So, how does it work?

Just drag your mouse pointer past the edge of the screen and your mouse pointer will cross over to the other screen, after crossing over your mouse and keyboard will function as the keyboard and mouse for the other PC.
Reverse the motions to control again the first PC. Neat huh? :-)

Reminds me of a Cantonese movie of quite some time back, where a computer virus attacking the HK Police Force's computers was graphically represented by a large piranha screen saver eating through multiple side-by-side PC screens. LOL...

I didn't study further but from the looks of it, wah?! What if my sis suddenly drags her mouse pointer to my monitor from a different room and click click click and open up my NSFWs or format my PC or? Dangerous leh....

You are very sharp, I think most ppl upon reading this, that scenario would not cross their mind first thing (coz most of the time, busy getting it to work first

...but that can happen.

But only if you (server) allow it... you have to add the list of allowed clients first. And hope your sister does not choose the same computer name as your allowed list

that can be solved by using an even more secure policy. Using MAC address as an identifies, instead of just the PC/Screen name.

Your settings reminds me of watching downloaded movie from a PC but with a TV monitor by just dragging and swinging the windows player from the PC monitor to a TV monitor next to it
